Where do you ship from?

Products are shipped from sunny San Diego, California.

Do you ship internationally?

If you are an international customer, please place your order on my ETSY storefront. 

Do you ship to the EU/UK?

If you are a customer from the EU/UK, please place your order on my ETSY storefront. 

When will my order ship?

Current processing times are 1-2 weeks. Please allow up to 2 weeks for u to process your order. Feel free to send me an email at [email protected] if you have an urgent order.

How long does shipping take?

These time frames are an ESTIMATE. Please keep in mind that mail delays may occur. 
First Class Letter Mail:  2-5 business days
First Class Package: 2-5 business days


How do I track my order?

If you chose First Class Package, an email will be sent to you containing the tracking number. You can check the status of your package through the USPS website

If you chose First Class Letter Mail, there is NO TRACKING number available. I will not be held responsible for any lost mail and will NOT be issuing any refunds or replacement packages shipped via First Class Letter Mail.

Please allow for a few days for your tracking information to appear! It may take the post office a few days to scan the package into their system.


I need to change/cancel an order.

Please email me at [email protected] within 24 hours of the purchase to cancel/ make a change to your order. 

I haven't received my item yet.

If your item has not arrived within 14 business days from the day your order was shipped, please contact me at [email protected]


What is your refund/exchange policy?

I DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges. If the item you received is defective, please send me an email at [email protected] within 21 business days (3 weeks) from the ship date. We cannot assist you after 21 business days (3 weeks) or if the item has been used.
